Repairs & Reconfigures
All repairs, reconfigures and upgrades carried out on MicroTech ECU’s are conducted at our office in Australia only.
All ECU returns must be accompanied by the MicroTech Service form
Which can be downloaded & printed here
Please print out the form, attach it inside the package with the ECU and send it to the address supplied on the form.
In order to avoid delays in customs on units being sent from overseas, please ensure the package is clearly marked.... “Goods being returned to manufacturer for warranty repair”.
In order to avoid import duties and taxes being charged by Australian Federal Customs on ECU’s being shipped into Australia, we suggest packages be valued at approx $250 Aud. Should the shipper choose to value the goods higher it will be the responsibility of the shipper to pay any charges incurred before the unit is released from Australian Customs
For further information on MicroTech repairs, reconfigures and upgrades, we suggest you read the dedicated section on the MicroTech Forums here.
