The MicroTech LT-10C Ignition Only ECU, as its name suggests, controls the ignition timing of the engine only. It allows full advance & retard adjustments based on RPM or load & has adjustment tables for water & air temperature correction also.

The LT-10C Ignition Only ECU was developed to cater for racing classes where carburettors or LPG must be retained yet the user can utilise the advantage of having full control over the ignition timing. The LT-10C Ignition Only unit has 4 ignition outputs & is capable of controlling direct fire ignition on 4cyl & 2 rotor engines & wasted spark ignition on 6cyl & 8cyl engines using most popular factory ignition trigger systems. Alternatively, the LT-10C Ignition Only ECU can be coupled with the MicroTech X4 ignition box & Bosch coil packs to create an extremely high output direct fire ignition system for 4cyl or 2 rotor applications.

A new feature for the LT-10C ECU is the addition of a CAN output which will allow the MicroTech ECU to connect directly to most common aftermarket dash loggers such as Racepak, PCS or MoTec. The MicroTech transmits data via the CAN bus at 1 Mbit/second.

 

The LT-10C Ignition Only retains all the features of the standard fuel & ignition control LT-10C including data logging & like all MicroTech ECU’s is tuneable via the MicroTech Handset or laptop.
