All ECU returns must be accompanied by the MicroTech Service form
Which can be downloaded and printed HERE
Please print out the form, attach it inside the package with the ECU and send it to the address supplied on the form.
When sending a repair from outside of Australia, please ensure the package is clearly marked “Goods being returned to manufacturer for warranty repair” to avoid any delays upon arrival into Australian Customs
It is also VERY IMPORTANT to value the package at $250
In order to avoid import duties and taxes being charged by Australian Federal Customs on ECU’s being shipped into Australia, we suggest packages be valued at approx $250 AUD. Should the shipper choose to value the goods higher it will be the responsibility of the shipper to pay any charges incurred before the unit is released from Australian Customs.
