Description
Most modern day turbocharged cars are capable of making WAY more power than the tyres can handle. With the ability to accurately control boost, the tuner can adjust the power levels of the engine at exactly the right time to suit any type track condition.
Using a closed loop, target based control strategy with 2x adjustable time based boost mapping tables, the MicroTech Pro Boost delivers the fast and precise boost control needed to get the best performance from big powered turbocharged cars.
The Pro Boost can be connected to the Microtech Pro dash via the CAN output on the side of the unit. This allows the user to overlay the target and actual boost curves in the MicroTech logger software making it very easy to know where the boost curve needs to be adjusted to get the car down the track on race day.
- Closed loop, dual solenoid, target boost control (pro Boost target PSI + wastegate spring PSI = actual boost PSI)
- 2x separate time based mapping tables. Launch timer (used to control boost in the early stages of the run) & run timer (used to control boost the remainder of the run), each with 16 adjustment points giving you a total of 32 individual time based boost mapping points (more than what most racers will ever use)
- Engine RPM input for boost correction, via engine RPM (perfect for cars that suffer boost drop at high RPM due to high turbo backpressure)
- Separate 2 step launch boost setting
- Inbuilt 90psi map sensor
- 2x Pressure sensor inputs to monitor Co2 bottle pressure & turbo back pressure
- CAN output to connect the Pro Boost to the MicroTech LTC Dash logger (target wastegate pressure, actual wastegate pressure, turbo back pressure & Co2 bottle pressure data can be viewed on the MicroTech LTC Dash Logger)
- Tuneable via laptop using the dedicated MicroTech boost controller software
- Tuneable using the MicroTech handset (perfect for making last minute adjustments in the staging lanes to suit changing track conditions)
- Up to 4x different boost programs for various track conditions can be saved to the MicroTech handset or Laptop Adapter & loaded directly to the Pro Boost Controller
- Can be used with Co2 pressure or turbo pressure (for best results we recommend using it with Co2)

The MicroTech Pro Boost controller is supplied with the billet solenoid block, complete with; bullet valves, wiring loom, & quick start guide.
