Description
The MicroTech LSU 4.9 Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Kit is a useful addition to any ECU installation, allowing the tuner to keep a close eye on the engines’ all important air/fuel ratio.
The kit is supplied with a genuine Bosch 5 wire LSU 4.9 oxygen sensor (not a cheap Chinese copy as used by other wideband manufacturers), matched with a genuine Bosch self calibrating processor for accurate and repeatable air/fuel ratio measurement, which can be displayed in either air/fuel ratio or Lambda.
For 2022, we have added a 0.9” OLED screen which displays the AFR in real time & also doubles as a diagnostic screen.
The LSU 4.9 wideband kit features 3x different outputs, making it compatible with several different MicroTech products.
- 0-5v ECU output –For wiring directly to any “C” series MicroTech ECU Oxy sensor input
- CAN output –For connection to a MicroTech LTC dash display via the MicroTech CAN hub.
- USB Port –For connection to the laptop.
To make troubleshooting easy, there is an LED status indicator on the front of the unit.
Green (steady) = Power on
Green (flashing) = Operational
Amber = Sensor warm up
Red = Sensor not connected
CAN Speed & CAN ID is adjustable via the software making the unit compatible with most aftermarket ECU CAN protocols.
The default wideband range is 0.65 Lambda (9.5:1 AFR) – Air
